What are its abilities to filter out any other pollutants, benzenes, metals, pesticides, chlorines, etc?

Most Ionizer Water systems must use Highest Quality Filter first because if there are any chemicals that remain in the water, it (Liquid) will change to gas. This gas has a bad smell. We tested Ionized water without filtering (this water contained Chlorine and another Chemical), the water smell was really terrible like rotten fish.

The most important part of Alkaline water is "ORP" Level (Oxidation reduction Potential) It measures oxidize contaminants. ORP is the only practical method we have to electronically monitor sanitiary effectiveness. Every true system of automatic chemical control depends on ORP to work.

How many oz of alkaline water per feeding should I give to my 5 month old baby? I want my baby to stay healthy.

Infant's body condition is already Alkaline pH. So, you don't have to use high Alkaline (Use pH 8 which is lowest level on the device). Why use the Alkaline water for Infant? Because Alkaline water helps provide Calcium to make bond growing stongly. My niece (1 year old) also always drinks Alkaline water. There are no limitations to drink alkaline water as long as use pH 8.

Does the 7000sl use mesh or solid plates?

The chamber is Solid plates.

Being that it is medically approved, does it use non-outgassing plastics in contact with the water?

Uses non-outgassing plastics, safety approved by Korea FDA. There is no plastic flavor.

How do I place an order?

How do I know my credit card purchases are secure?

These transactions are protected by going through our Secure Server used by our website to provide you with 128 bit secure, online credit card processing.  If for some reason, your payment is involved in a security violation of any kind, we will work with these companies to find the problem and resolve it to your satisfaction.  We are relying on them to do their part and we will certainly do our best from this end to give you a good shopping experience every time.  We want your business and value your privacy.

How can I cancel my order before checking out?

You can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the cancel button or deleting each item form your cart.

How much will the shipping cost and how is it determined?

Shipping prices are product-based.  When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed.
In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.  When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase and fill out the form at checkout, the shipping charge will be displayed so you know exactly how much is added to cover shipping and handling.  Orders requiring Expedited Delivery are be subject to additional special handling charges of $25.  If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our sales department at sales@drinkalkalinewater.net.

How long after I place my order will I receive my order?

We try to ship within 2 business days upon receipt of payment, but shipping may take up to 14 business days.  Shipping times vary.  We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your product(s) to you.  We ship UPS, sorry but we cannot deliver to (PO Box) Postal Boxes.  Shipping address must a physical address.

I have 220v electricity, can I order a 220v version?

Yes, we can special order a 220v version. It takes 30-45 days. There is no extra cost for a 220v version. If you would like to special order a 220v version, email sales@drinkalkalinewater.net before you order so we can look out for your order and change it to a special order for the 220v version, then you can order the regular 110v version through our shopping cart.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx, but additional fees apply. Additional shipping fees will be added in the shopping cart.

Security

Our server uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to scramble the transmission between you and drinkalkalinewater.net so that anyone attempting to intercept the message will be unable to read it.  SSL is the best method currently available to secure your transaction.  SSL Certificates are used to authenticate a site and ensure that a secure connection exists between the browser and the server hosting the web site.  It also guarantees that you are fully connected to the site provided by the URL.  drinkalkalinewater.net uses an SSL certificate with an encryption rate of 128 bits.

Distributor Terms

To become a Distributor of RichWay International, Inc., a person (or legal entity) needs to purchase the Distributors Kit for $27.95 +s&h. If you have yet to make your initial purchase, purchase a Distributor Kit so you can start earning referral income right away. RichWay International Inc., willfully accept applicants for new Independent Representatives (herein referred to as I.R.) to market their products to retail customers. Whereas: the applicant is interested in becoming an I.R., and earning compensation for the sale of Company Products to the retail customer. Therefore these persons enter and agree to the Terms and Conditions herein set forth:

1. All application details must be filled out completely and properly. RichWay and drinkalkalinewater.net will not be responsible for loss of commissions or bonuses, nor delays in Distributor registrations due to errors by Distributors in preparing, or sending in this application or other documents.
2. Distributor I.D. number. RichWay will issue each Distributor a RichWay I.D. number. Please use the RichWay I.D. number for all communications. Distributors are requested to use their I.D. number on their marketing materials and customer orders.
3. Distributor Limitation. Only one distributorship per person shall be given. All distributors must be of legal age as defined by the state in which the distributor resides.
4. Agreement: As an independent contractor, the distributor shall abide by any, and all federal, state, county and local laws, Policies and procedures pertaining to the Distributors application , and/or acquisition, receipt, holding, selling,distributing or advertising of company products.
5. The distributor shall make, execute, or file, at his/her own expense, all reports and obtain licenses as required by law or public authority with respect to the application. The distributor is solely responsible for declaration and payment of all local, state, and federal taxes as they accrue because of the distributor's activities in connection with the application.
6. The RichWay business is to create ultimate consumers by retailing RichWay products, for their personal use, or family use. It is company policy, however, to strictly prohibit the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts solely for the purpose of qualifying for commissions or advancement in the marketing commission program. Distributors may not load inventory, not encourage others to load inventory. The RichWay Compensation plan promote such activities. Failure to abide by this policy will result in termination. A distributor must be able to document that at least 70% of products purchased have been sold. Distributors will be requested to prove retailing of products.
7. A distributor who sponsors other distributors must accept and fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory sales management function in marketing products to the ultimate consumer, educating these distributors in the RichWay's Code of Ethics, Policies, and Procedures, RichWay compensation plan, and other business practices.
8. Distributors receive bonuses based on volume of RichWay products sold by themselves and their marketing organization. The RichWay Compensation Plan describes the calculation of weekly bonuses and monthly bonuses. Weekly bonus checks are paid two weeks after proof in which the bonuses were qualified, and monthly bonus payment (sponsor training bonus) are paid on the last weekend of every month.
9. RichWay makes no claims or warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any claim for earnings and benefits concerning their products other than those included in RichWays written literature. Any claims for earnings or warranties of any kind, or any advertisemnt of RichWay products, must be approved in writing by RichWay prior to dissemination.
10. The terms of the agreement is not in force until acceptance by the RichWay office.The term of the agreement is valid until the end of the year in which it was accepted by the RichWay office. A distributor shall be entitled to cancel this agreement at any time for any reason upon submission of written notice to the RichWay Corporate office.
11. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii, and all claims, disputes and other matters between the parties of the agreement shall be made in Honolulu Hawaii.

What does the distributor kit include?

The Distributors Kit contains several brocures and about 5 order forms to get you started. If you don't order a Alkal-Life then ordering the kit will give you a business center to start earning commissions, but to become eligible for the binary bonuses and to increase your commission rates you will need to order product. I believe it is setup this way because how can you really tell someone how great a product is if you don't use it yourself. I do.

What is a Business Center?

A business center is part of the Multi-Level Plan of the Distributor Program. You earn 1 Business Center for every $500 in product you buy or sell.

The way this network marketing program works is you add business centers until you have 6 business centers on each leg. Each business center has 2 legs, a right and a left. Again, you earn business centers for every $500 in product you buy or sell, so when someone else orders thru you, they earn business centers just like you just did, but you also earn the same number of business they just earned. When you have 6 business centers on each leg you earn a binary bonus of $400.

So here is an example-
Lets say you order the Alkal-Life and the Distributors Kit. The Professional Package is $1500 so you just earned 3 business centers. Now you have 3 business centers to add business centers to. Lets say you sell the Alkal-Life or a Professional Bio-Mat package to someone. As a distributor you just made a commission and you also earned 3 business centers. The person that ordered earned 3 business centers and you did, too. Even if they don't sign up as a distributor they still have earned the business centers. Lets say in a month or even a year they decide to become a distributor they will have those business centers already. Next is the placement of those business centers. It works like a tree, similar to a family tree. Each business center is its own tree with a right leg and a left leg. You have 3 business centers with your number 2 business center on the left leg of your number 1 business center, and your number 3 business center on the right leg of your number 1. So currently you have 1 business center on the left side of number 1 and one on the right side of number 1, you have 0 business centers on each of the legs on your number 2 and number 3.
Now you just made that sale, so you place those three business centers on the left side of your number 1 business center which will be on one of the legs of your number 2 business center. So you will want to place those on the left leg of your number 2. Now your number 1 business center has 4 business centers on the left leg and 1 on the right leg. Your number 2 business center now has 3 on the left leg and 0 on the right, and your number 3 still has 0 and 0.
Now lets say you sell another Professional Package. You will want to place those again on the left leg of your number 1 business center because this will now give you 7 business centers on the left side of number 1. Your number 2 business center counts so you have added 6 business centers onto the left side of your number 1 giving you 7 total on the left leg and 1 on the right leg. You will want to place those on the left leg of the number 2 business center from your first sale. On your number 2 business center you now have 6 on the left leg and 0 on the right leg.
Now lets say you sell another Professional package. This gives you another 3 business centers. Since you have 7 on the left side of your number 1 business center, you now want to add these three to the right side. You will place these on the right leg of your number 3 business center. Now you have 4 on the right side of your number 1. You sell another Professional package and now add those 3 business centers onto the right leg of your number 1. So you place those on the number 3 business center of the last sale you made so now you have 7 on the right leg of your number 1 which earns you just earned a $400 binary bonus and a placement certificate which is another business center because you have placed 6 business centers on each leg of your number 1 business center.
Now on your number 3 business center you have 0 on the left leg and 6 on the right. The next sale you will start working back on the number 2 business center on the right leg because you already have 6 on the left and now you will want to place 6 on the right leg earning another binary bonus. Then you will move over to your number 3 business center and place business centers on the left leg since you have 0 there, and already have 6 on the right leg which will earn another binary bonus.

Do I understand correctly that I would begin by earning 5% of the sales price?

Yes, you start out at 5% then after $4500 in sales including your own order(s) you go up to 7%. Then after another $6000 in sales you go up to 10%.  Then after another $6000 in sales you go up to 20%. The binary bonus of $400 comes when you have 6 business centers on each leg, those come with sales so if you buy/sell about 4 Professionals you will get a binary bonus of $400, or that could come after selling/buying about 2 Professionals and 4 Minimats. You earn a business center for every $500 in product so a Mini is $550 which would equal 1 business center. If you have more questions please ask or read the Be A Distributor page.

You don't earn commissions on your own orders because you are ordering thru your sponsor who is a distributor, too. If you got the commissions on your own sales the distributor would never earn any commissions. ex. You could order a distributor kit and then buy your first mat and the distributor you bought the kit from would never get a commission. All orders are placed thru distributors. The owners of the company wanted it this way so they could share the benefits/profits of the bio-mat and how great a product it is with the customers/users.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. drinkalkalinewater.net reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. drinkalkalinewater.net reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Returns

RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 1 year.  If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product.  The complete warranty is included with the product.  The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
     If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period.  You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return.
      If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale.
      Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International.  All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Please do not tape or write anything on the item!  We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
     Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in.
      Please ship your parcel back to RichWay freight prepaid!  We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."  Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.  Refund period: 1-7 days from date of delivery receive full 100% refund. 8-14 days from date of delivery receive 70% refund. 15-30 days from date of delivery receive 50% refund. 31 or more days from delivery date receive 0% refund.
